I recently had a problem with my Acura TL. After driving it all morning, my car suddenly started repeadly shaking, almost as if I had a flat tire. I pulled over to check my tires but they were all fine. The problem hasn't come up since, but I'm still curious as to what it might be. Another occasional problem I've had is my car starting up and slowly the revs drop until it stalls unless I rev it up. Maybe the two problems are related?

It could be a number of things. Any engine lights come mon when this occurred? It could be fuel related, ignition related, or? I'd start with the simple things first. How old are the spark plugs? Air filter?

 

failing ignition coil, clogged EGR ports, clogged IACV which gets serviced thru bottom of TB while intake manifold is removed from engine for egr system cleaning!
