Car Shaking

Car Shaking
I am pretty sure this problem started right after I got new tires.
TO preface this, I have had the tires balanced twice since I suspected there was a problem, but I also found out that one of the wheels it out of round by about half an inch when I ht a curb pretty good.
When I start driving and my car and tires car cold, the whole car shakes, only shakes hard if I travel at a high speed when the car is cold. Now even if I let my engine warm up, my car still does this, I am assuming it is the tires at this point.
They are cheap tires made in China, Diamond Back tires, they are rated as being pretty hard, but they grip well for me, and the price was right, so I bought them.
Driving is smooth as glass once the tires warm up, So I guess its because the tires are very hard, producing a flat spot, or between the tires being hard, and the rim out of round by a little bit, the tires don't absorb the irregular shape of the rim when they are cold, but once warm, they do?
Before these tires, I had Yokohama YK520s and did not notice this at all. No other modifications were done at or near the same time this started happening. my car has 105k miles on it and has all the proper scheduled maintenance.
The car will do this when it is cold regardless of what speed I am in, or if the car is in neutral, and the amount of shake the car has is directly proportional to the speed.

half an inch is pretty big imo, try placing that rim in the rear and putting the 2 straightest wheels in front. You can tell when they are on the balance. If it still continues, i would also replace the bent rim if the shimmy still continues. Make sure your tires and balanced and everything is aligned to factory specs!

the belt that is molded inside of the rubber of the tire.
So if the rims bent or the tire is bad your pissing in the wind until you get them replaced, moving them around, balancing them or any other thing you want to try is not going to do squat, the rims bent replace it or get it straighten, tires out of round, it's defective or you tore it up because of the way your driving the car into chuck holes or curbs.
