Not sure if this goes here..sorry if it does not. I have a problem.. most of you guys are aware that the 03 TL comes with the pinstripe lining on our cars. I didnt like how it looked so I ripped off the driver sides pinstripe and it came off clean but when I got to the passenger side it came off a little. I took it to a friend that knows about cars more than me and he told me its under the clear coat and if I used 1500 grit sandpaper it would come off. I used that and I got it off the fender and driver door only and then used TURTLE rubbing compound to finish it off came out great. How can I get the rear door and quarter panel pinstripe off. It took me about 2 hours just to do the fender and driver door. Hope someone can help me out. I have pics of the fender and pax door but the rear pax door since I rubbed so hard it looks like its oxidized.
