A/C, not blowing cold

the air conditioning in my friends acura tl is not blowing cold. The system holds pressure and the compressor clutch engages when ac is "on" any ideas?

whats the actual high and low side pressures? anyone add Freon maybe overfill it?
how cold is not cold?
cabin air filter changed? that thing clogs bad, remove glovebox for access see our DIY for easy change
