A/C fan stopped working

Hi guys, today I had my car parked and when I left the car there, the A/C was working just fine.
However, after I got back and started the car, there was no wind blowing from the vents.
I'm suspecting it's either the fuse or relay, but I can't find the location of where they're at.

Anyone that experienced this can help?

Thanks!

It's the blower motor harness. Very common problem of the harness melting.

It's behind the glovebox. You can get a replacement (I think it's longer also) harness at the dealer. Not expensive at all.

thanks! I'll be sure to work on it soon... now one more question, is there a specific way of removing the glove box that I should be aware of without permanently damaging it? O just proceed sloly and carefully?

Here's a link to the cabin filter DIY. It has steps to remove the glovebox. Nothing special, just a good reference.

I'd check the cabin filter while you're in there. May need replacing to enjoy fresh air!

I am actually having the same problem with the fan itself. My car is a 1998 2.5TL. It has been doing that all year so far. When the heater is on, I hear a rattle. Then once I shut off my car and after a while, I restart it, the fan stops. It turns back on again after I hit a pothole so I am suspecting that something is getting lodged between the fan. Is there a way to take out the fan? so I can check it.

Also like to add, I needed the article on the filters. :P

This is for 2nd Gen TL's. You want to check out 1st Gen. They should be able to help you out.
