Buzzing Noise

I have a 99TL. When the vehicle is turned off I hear a buzzing noise kicking on and off every once in awhile. It makes the noise for a few seconds then quits. It almost sounds like the fuel pump turning on and off. Did anyone ever experience this?

I just signed onto this forum for the same reason. I have a 03 but my car buzz's at first start and 2 times. I'm thinking something to do with the anti lock brakink system.

I have a 2000 and I hear it only when the car is off. It lasts for like, 5 seconds on each repetition and get increasing higher tone within each repetition. Also, it seems to be coming from the rear of the car...

please, someone tell me what this is...

The noise I am describing is only when the car is off. It sounds like something is purging towards the rear of the car but I am not definately sure where it is comming from.
