Question Brakes issue

Hey guys, I'm a first time poster, and I have a problem on my 2000 3.2 TL.

I changed the front brake pads, and put everything back. Brake pedal is a little soft, I'm guessing I need to bleed the brakes properly and then it should be good to go.

However, on my test drive, whenever I turn the steering wheel to make a turn while the car is moving, I hear some noise from the front passenger side that sounds like something is being stressed. I'm pretty sure this sound wasn't there before.

Do you guys have any recommendations for what to check??

Thanks!

recheck your work- the caliper bolts may be too tight,
did you clean the sliders for the pad tabs and grease them and the pad backs?

the pad with the metal piece attached to it went on the inside of the rotor?

have any trouble with the rotor screws?

wheel torque is even and 80?
caliper bolt and bracket bolt torque is correct?

FYI the bleed/flush order for the TL is: driver front then clockwise around the car-
LF RF RR LR
do each one until all nice clean new fluid comes out- then some more more fluid to make sure no old stuff is hiding~

should take 1 qt to 1.5 qts,or more- depending on old fluid condition
get 2 qts DOT4 fluid

the torque specs are pretty low on the caliper,,easy to overtighten and BIND the sliders

I think autozone or kragen.com has a diy area with the right specs

You should also take a close look at the tin dust shield behind the rotor. It's pretty easy to inadvertently bend them.
