Blower motor not blowing, cold or hot plz help
details-
2000 tl non-navi
my blower motor stopped blowing anything 2 weeks ago. checked the fuses and relay under the hood, ok.
power through the harness to the blower (with meter), ok.
digital display works.
with some local advice, i replaced the blower motor.
plugged in the new blower, as i turn the ignition key, the blower receives a shot of power. the fan spins a little and stops.
what am i missing to get this fixed. what are things i should look for or check out. i thought i had it made.
thanks in advance,
joe

thanks guys, i'll try this tomorrow....
I pulled the transistor, opened it, and noticed it has a fuse on the little circuit board, so I plugged in the fan and the transistor hanging from the dash in the floorboard--when I put a screwdriver across the "fuse" connections on the transistor circuit board, the fan started running. So I bought a new transistor for $30 and went with the new fan
