Hey Guys, looked around the site, don't want to make this a long thread or anything but just want a few suggestions on what battery you guys would go with, I have a 99 TL-P, had it for 2 years now and the battery just went today, it had a Champion with 770 CCA, not sure which one to get next, may stick with the Champion, what do you guys think? Again just a couple suggestions, don't want to drag this on. Thanks in advance

 

If you are not sitting at idle or parked with a killer stereo and video game setup, any battery is fine
They last a few years- from 2- 4 years on average no matter what you buy

 

But if you did a search on this topic you will see quite a few about Optima red tops and yellow tops. Those will cost you a bit but I am pretty sure a any battery should work fine from Sears or Autozone or Pepboys or whichever autoshop you shop at.

 

The dealer replacements have an 8yr warranty with 3yr free replacement, the rest is pro-rated.

Another good choice is Duralast Gold, also the same warranty and a lil cheaper.
