Any advice here!
Folks,
I just put together my headlights after painting it black from the inside. AFter couple days I noticed it was raining and small portion of water drop got into my left driver side headlight - which i will have to seal it over the weekend.
But during that time, my left HID stopped working so i took it apart and noticed my left high beam stopped working.
So i took the bumper apart and took out the headlights to see what the issue is..
It almost seems like the high beam bulbs work when i slowly insert the bulb but not all the way. When i do this the hid flickers and hear a very low clicking noise.
I can replicate the same issue which i slowly insert my the ballast into the inverter i hear the clicking and flickering hid bulb, but when i insert it all the way both HIGH beam and HID stops working.
I know this is a very long explanation, but if anyone else has had this issue before, need your expertiese, or if anyone can think of any other tricks i can try.
Please let me know...

Folks, please help here..I've tried the same inverter and the ballast on the right side and i can confirm this works. The hID CAME on fine so did the high beam, and no flickering.
Which leads me to believe it's something else. Inverter works, ballast works..
Any other ideas?

It may be a wire that is shorted or disconnected somewhere. To isolate this problem you need a voltmeter or test light. Put the voltmeter on the high beam socket and flick the hi beams on/off. Does it register any voltage? If not, then you need to follow that hi beam wire to see where it has the problem by testing it at various points along its run. Do the same with your low beam wire before the ballast.
Before you go this route you need to confirm that the hi beam bulb and HID bulb/components are in working order.
