air stopped working

My a/c and my heat won't work. When I turn on my air nothing happens. The a/c pipe stays warm when I turn the a/c on. The heat does not work. The blower does not come through the vent. The fuses are good. Every now and again it will come on. Can you help?

The TLs had a problem with the blower motor connector overheating, which melts the ends and toasts the terminals and part of the wiring. You'll have to get in there and cut out the bad part so you can splice in a new one. I think you can get a replacement at the dealer or you can make your own by buying some wire terminals at a hardware or automotive store. That should fix the problem.

Harness is $12 at the dealer. Mine had melted the connector on the blower as well and cost me another $115 for the blower.
While you are in there, pull the glove box and check you air filter.

I just replaced the a/c air filter but i don't see any blower/connector you're talking about. Will you give me some more specific instruction as to how to get the blower motor and connector out? thanks.
