I am constantly getting the red SRS warning light on the dash. Whenever the front passenger leans towards the front window the air bad yellow light comes on on the dash, and when the passenger straightens, it goes away. What is happening here and do I need to go the dealer for repairs.

That is a warning to tell you its been deactivated due to pasenger position. There is nothing wrong. Tell your passenger to sit straight and it will stay off.
