air bag issues

air bag issues

now i tried changing my 99 tl airbag to a honda inspire 03 aitbag

this is what the mess looked like

this is the 03 airbag



same different angle





and this is the 99



how would i go about changing the wires???

1 airbag had 2 wires the other had 4

so i left the 03 honda inspire airbag as is ...

and just put my acura one back on, if there is any way to fix this , im up for any thing.. thanks guys

The 02-03 TLs had dual stage airbags, the 99-01 had single stage. Im not sure you will be able to get it to work. Im sure a resistor could be put inplace to make it work but i have no ideahow.

They come out at different rates. You cant put a dual stage on a single and vice versa. I know some have tricked dual to work on single but i dont know how.
