After installing new pads.....
about a month ago, I have noticed that there is some considerable squealing coming from the brakes. I read in certain posts that it was normal to have "some" noise after replacing pads, but it has been over a month. The sound is more profound when I'm not engaging the brakes, then when I press on the brakes the sound deadens but is still there. It's almost as if that braking stops most of the sound. Should I just take them out and re-insert them? Is there some sort of cleaner or coating I should have used when replacing the pads.
Braking does seem to be improved, so I'm assuming the brakes are working. BTW, I only replaced the back pads (So far).
Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks fsttyms1. That's what I was leaning towards. Any specific brand or is it called just that "anti squeal"
And, why would applying anti squeal to a non-moving part help? It seems you would rather focus on maybe something with the rotor or something between the pad and rotor.
Forgive my ignorance.
