acura tl 99

99 Acura tl transmission was rebuilt and is now having a double engaging problem pcm was replaced

yeah for some reason it didn't post everything, so I've rebuild the tranny twice and replaced the pcm and when warm going into drive I have double engagement

into first gear so it will go drive drive if that makes since.

and my question is what else could it be it has no TCM everything comes from the PCM to tranny
