Question 99 TL: RAP( Retained Accessory Power) gone after new headunit

This is Jerzyboi on a different account thanks to not remembering my 2-step key. My issue is after changing the radio out and converting the bulbs in the switch gear to leds is that after turning the car off: I can no longer roll down the windows, move the sunroof during the allotted time(10 minutes). My overhead dome light (closer to the rear) doesn't come on either unless it is set to always on. I checked the illumination fuse ( #9 on the driver side) and it is fine after being replaced earlier in the day. The lights work fine when the car is on and the hazard light works during this time as well. Even worse the exterior lighting does not come on unless the key is in the ignition. Another issue seems to be the turn signal indicators in the dash no longer work. I'm still searching for a possible cause but I can't see a radio replacement causing the RAP (Retained Accessory Power) feature to be lost like that since the feature has nothing to do with radio functions. Anyone have any ideas?

It looks like the clock/backup fuse blew and controls (or is) apart of the overall lighting circuit. Also learned the bulb holder the flasher indicators are put in reverse to the other bulbs.
