My 99 tl is hard to start when it's warm. Drive it for 10-15 mins and shut it off then go to restart a few mins later and it idles rough and usually stalls. If I can get it started and Rev the engine a bit for a min and then get it into drive and drive it 10 feet it's fine. I've Googled it and sounds like it is heat soak and the engine coolant temp sensor needs to be replaced??? But I'm not sure where that is on my engine. None of the videos seem to show my specific model. I'm not great at this DIY car stuff and unfortunately I can't afford to pay a mechanic (single dad), so any help would be greatly appreciated. Also going to attempt to change my brakes for the first time this weekend. And the tranny is shifting really hard. Especially when its cold and downshifting to a higher rpm. Any links or help would be great. Thanks everyone.
