I just installed my HID fogs yesterday. When I turn on my HID fogs on the passenger side, it flickers for about 5-7 seconds then resumes its normal operation, is this normal?

I checked the driver side, everything is normal and it doesnt flicker, and it turns on just like how my HID headlights turn on (gradually), first 30 seconds of the vid is the fogs, the 2nd half 30 sec of the vid is when I turn on the headlights.

looks like they're charging, HID need some time to charge.. but never seen that kind of charging before, there must be something wrong with the ballast or igniter.

 

leave it alone. in my opinion...it looks awesome at start up. i just hope both sides are doing the same thing...not only one

 

I watch the video but on my screen no lights come on. Weird.
