2G TL Caliper slider pin "position"

Getting ready to do some brake work, on a friends 2G TL. Trying to confirm that: the (round) pin, goes on the bottom, and the: ( pin with the FLATS) goes on the top. When I did my brakes, several years ago, I found the pins on the passenger side, installed in the opposite orientation. A Technician friend, advised just the opposite, stating that the pins with the flats belong on the bottom! I vaguely recall , when I did my own brakes, I researched the issue, and remember learning, that the round pins, belong on the bottom, and the ones with the flats, on the top. Can someone, knowledgeable in this area, please confirm the correct pin orientation?

nThanks thoiboi, that is what I recall, but wasn't positive. It would be good, if Honda OEM parts, differentiated, between pinA, and pinB. It's difficult to tell, from the parts diagram.
