2003 Acura TLS screeching/grinding sound??

Hey guys so a couple of days ago I started to hear this grinding sound whenever I turned my steering wheel. So I popped open the hood to check the power steering fluid and it was getting close to the "low" line so i filled it up. It didn't fix the issue completely because now I hear it only when I turn my car left when I'm going at slow speeds >15 mph. I hear the sound on the right side of the car only when turning left. Any suggestions??

Hi RandomTLS check your brakes on the front right. If your pads need replaced then be sure to have the caliper pins lubed. You could have a stuck caliper.

If you push down on the front right/left corner of your car and hear squeaking/screeching in the suspension then your ball bearings are nearing their lifespan.
