2003 Acura TL, Just started getting CD Chec, ER-ER1 errors.
I normally clear the errors by disconnecting the battery. The CD Chec doesn't clear. It let me load a burned CD but may have loaded onto another CD, can't tell. Any way to get these out without removing the head unit?
Also, does holding Eject and CD buttons (or any other combo) do anything?
Thanks,
Brian

CD problems
I will try the battery disconnect method......more than likely it’s to move into the current technological area.
Currently thinking nav and iPhone capabilities. I would like to keep the price down but incorporate a touch screen........plus keep my sub woofer and steering wheel control........does anyone know of a plug and play unit?

There is a post somewhere (probably a "sticky"), that describes how to fix this. In some cases, this is an issue with the mechanism that loads/unloads the CDs, using some springs. The unit needs to be removed and the springs reconnected. This is something I will be undertaking at some point when I get the desire.

Hopefully it will work
