2002 Type S interior air flow/blower

Hello Guys first of all this site is very helpful and i thank everyone for their help and i highly appreciate everyone's involvment. Recently i have notice that when i turn the heater in my car and select the air flow towards the face it does not completely flow all the air in the cabin towards the face. Atleast half of the air is being blown at my feet some at windsheild and similarly if i select the feet feature it blows some air towards the face. So my point is that how to fix it? I think the pipes are not completely shutting off and thats why the leak from other vents is apparent.

Thanks guyz for the input

Sounds like a mix motor problem. #5 in the illustration.

Not really. Its under the dash and a few have replaced it. Its not too hard. Get under the dash and look and have some one switch modes for you while you watch to see if it moves.
