2000 Acura TL Surging

Recently noticed my 2000 tl is surging at low city speeds (105,000 km on the vehicle) ...otherwise it runs fine. Had the Transmission swapped out by acura about 30,000 km ago under the recall (refurb).

Today I noticed that the speed at which this generally happens at around 1500 rpm, and when it surges, you can notice the tach pulse up and down with the surging.

Any ideas where to start??

We need someone to make an IACV cleaning DIY. It's pretty self explanatory, but we are still lacking one. Just post if you have questions.

I have driven around the city the past couple of days and can conclude that this surging only happens in D5 between 1500-2000 rpm. I cannot get it to surge at any speed (or RPM) when driving in D4. Is there any specific transmission problem that would cause this? Like I mentioned, they did swap mine out after I received a letter about a year ago (even though mine had the updated kit?) ... it was not a new one, but a refurb with the kit.
