1999-2002 oem bodykit

Will this 2002 oem spoiler fit on a 1999 tl with no problem? The part # is
08F01-S0K-210AG.

The sides and rears are the same for the 99-03 fit. The FRONT lip is different. 99-01 front lip and 02-03 lip are not interchangable.
