03 TL hids go on and off
03 TL hids go on and off
Soo I've been having the problem for a while my headlights aren't work g properly one light turns on or just the other side will turn on U never know when they are going to work I recently changed the stock ignitor screwed underneath the houseing it's cost me about 300 bucks for both and still the same problem soo now what my question is if I buy an after market hid kit would it work. Please help me Thanks guys ..
why would you buy an ignitor?
aftermarket bulbs?
moisture inside headlight lens? STOP fix that then get a kit
The ballast get wet- other problems plauge you
many of us gave up on stock parts and went hid kit, get a relay too, so you make a new power system for the lights

I took the car to the dealer and they gave me an estimate for new ignitors and new bulb plus the labor 1200$ so I looked it up and I bought hem on eBay and replaced them my self It worked for about 3 days. They are aftermarket bulbs . How would I gO and make a alternate power source do I have to make a new switch I can't just plug and play with the new hid kit i bought one on ddm tuning for my ek9 it works perfect could I just go that route do the connections it ? Thanks....
its usually ballast when light has this off and back on with switch operation
moisture from inside light housing gets past oring seal on ballast and corrodes them bad
Pic on azine about it recently- one taken apart
frikken dealers-replace all and that will fix it for sure--because we dont really know whats wrong~--
go aftermarket for our lights!!
