Did a search and didn't find anything on this specific topic...but my car seems to have developed a rather annoying rattle coming from the homelink / sunglass holder on the ceiling of the car. When i hold my hand up to it going over bumps, it is silent, but as soon as i stop pressing, it rattles again going over potholes, turtles, etc.

Anyone else heard of this problem and know an easy / cheap way to fix it?

OK I'm going to ask a stupid question....is there anything in the sunglass holder - sunglasses, keys, chapstick?

If no, check if one of the bulbs loose
You could always take it down and see what's going on with it. I believe it's 4 screws holding it in. 2 in the sunglass holder part and 1 on each side where the map light bulbs are.
