01 TL New coil packs for sure, BUT WHAT ELSE?

So two days ago im doing an oil change on my 2001 TL, and i needed another quart so i go back to schucks, I decided to do a spark plug change as well. while im at my house doin the spark plugs it starts to rain so i have my friend go turn the car on enough so that i can put it in neutral and we can push it into my garage, well his dumbass decided to try and turn the car fully on, which ended up shootin the coil packs out because i had already takin the spark plugs out and i set the coilpacks back in their slots because it was raining. so now Ive got a diagnostics test and these are the codes that came up, I went to www.canobd2.com and figured what they mean.

P1519 - Idle Air Control Valve Circuit Failure.
P1399 - Multiple/random misfire detected.
PO300 - Pgm-Fi system and a/t system program mismatch
PO420 - Catalyst system efficiency below threshold(bank 1)
PO131 - HO2S-11 (bank 1 sensor 1) circuit low input
P1259 - V-Tec stsyem B1 failure
PO304 - Cylinder 4 misfire
PO305 - Cylinder 5 misfire
PO306 - Cylinder 6 misfire

Whats your guys take on it, Im hopin some of these codes are from the misfiring from the bad coilpacks so maybe some of these codes will go when i fix that but I dont know. Im not even sure what most of this stuff means.

I guess you have to reset it and see if the codes come back. those codes could be when you didn't have everything put back.

If i get the P1399 only on position #1 i had the codes cleared would the car still misfire becuase the ECU doesn't know the problem has been remedied?

How do you reset the ECU? and what does it do?

If you reset the ECU the ECU thinks its corrected because there is no code in it. If there is still a problem the ECU will detect it and throw a code. If you dont correct the problem resetting the ecu is pointless. Pull the clock backup fuse for 1 min.
