Question

........Maybe if it was a (honda civic) tl, a carbon fiber hood would look nice ??????????

to be honest I don't think a carbon fiber hood would look good on any tl, more or less any near luxury car. but what do I know !!

I think it might look alright. And if it doesn't you can always have it painted body color. Forward weight reduction is another plus.

I would say yes immediately if you had a black car. There's no question, of course you should get a Carbon fiber hood.

But on Satin Silver Metallic, I would say if you had a 35% tint or darker, if you had gunmetal wheels, and if you painted your headlight housing black like VDo's. And had a Kit spoiler and drop. then yes the CF hood would be a nice addition.

If I got into an accident and messed up my hood, then I would consider the CF hood. But I'm definitely not gonna pay out of my pocket for it. I would do I/H/E/pullies/VAFC/SC/brakes all before the CF hood.

Are you talking about me?? Nah, I would never do CF hood. That's the nastiest thing you can do to our TL, IMHO.
