Whose ride is this? What kind / size rims are those? What kind of drop is that? Did you do any cutting on the springs? Anyone, help!

Photoshop job. Those are BMW M5 OEM wheels. They are the wrong offset and bolt pattern for our car.

I remember that pic.. I think one of the members put a gripload of wheels on a TL to see what they would look like..

I believe it was "photoshop chop shop" or something like that.. it was tight..

Actually, those are M3 wheels. The M5 wheels have inner and outer (kind of) spokes. The M3 spokes are all out (kind of) and even.

I have a client that's got a M5, and the first thing I noticed when he pulled up... were the HUGE lip on the wheels... (I mean HUGE), the very first thing I did was... I got down on my knees to see what size tires/wheels they were. I may NOT know much about wheels, like some of the other guys on this site... but I know those ARE NOT M5 wheels... cause of the lip (perhaps M3s).

Photos taken from the Chop Shop

That photo is taken from the Photoshop Chop Shop. It consists of the TL-P from the Official Acura brochure and some M3 wheels from a magazine Ad. The wheels have been resezied to be 19", the drop would be in the order of 3in or more.

I did a bunch of these as an excersize in photoshop as well as giving my wife an idea of what I had planned for the car. I did nearly 20 of them to give her a choice as to whice style of wheel she wanted on her car. The site with the pictures is stuill up but there has been a reduction in the number of photos due to bandwidth and storage restrictions.

thank you for visiting the Photoshop ChopShop.

I am dissapointed, no one mentioned the shaved door handles...

You know, I saw an aftermarket company that had wheels that looked like these, the offset and bolt pattern were close to the TL too. I dont recall which company it was, sorry.

With a remote control.....I think it works the same way you open your trunk.

Nobody here has shaved there door handles, at least I don't think so. IMO, shaved door handles look very clean, plus nobody can break into your car via conventional methods. If the car is armed and the smash the window and try opening the door with the interior handle, even the factory system will go off. But the bad thing is if your remote batteries die, you're s**t out of luck.
