The H with the black filled in? Its listed as an Inspire emblem on AJR, but I could not find it mentioned on here for the life of me.

I have the solid H emblem (genuine Honda part) on my Inspire conversion:

It was the only one that would fit under my spoiler. The alignment pins fit the holes in my trunk too so it was a direct fit. It looks like the one in your picture is mounted kinda low, not using the pins, just above the INSPIRE lettering. The INSPIRE lettering looks to be at the correct height, in line with the reflectors in the taillights.

Others have used the open H badge, just your choice.

To be more specific, I don't own a TL, so what Inspire does that come off of? All the Inspire conversions I see use the open H badge, is the filled in one just an alternate? Does it have a name or come off a certain model (like the red filled in ones come off the DC5R)

I'm sorry, I didn't understand. All the real JDM Inspires (UA5) I've seen have the solid H badge. Here's Mugen's Japanese pic of a UA5:

Compare the badge shown on that Japanese Inspire.

you canbuy that H badge at any rice store.. any accord badge will fit in the two holes on the trunk, so you can get jsut the silver one from the dealer or go to a ricer store and get different colored ones, like that one, or red, blue, yellow, white, and some other glow-in-the-dark ones.

Not true -- the 2002-03 Inspire has a "H" emblem like our "A" emblem (at least that's what the emblem looks like in the 2002 Inspire brochure I have from Japan). The solid black background "H" was found in the 1999-2001 models. This would be similar to how the trunk emblem got bigger on the 2002+ models.

i got confused with what you said so im gonig to break it down...

the H emblem you see in the first post, that is the correct emblem for the '99-'01.
the H emblem for the '02-'03 looks very similar to the new honda accord emblem.

in that first picture, that is the wrong emblem for that year... although it is still an authentic INSPIRE emblem.

you mounted your mugen spoiler too low, makes you think the other guy's emblem is not using the existing hole. check out mines, is using the stock holes for the emblem
