What program did you use to make the acura tl part and the circles around the TL part? Did you use adobe photoshop? If so, how did you do it?? Thanks

I didnt do that part. I got the pic from here.It can be done with PS, I havent tried it but I'm pretty sure I can do it. I use PS Elements 3.0
