Here's a closer picture of my Tl

Im probably the first to have this set on

G35 Rays forged wheels

Instead of 19x8/8.5, I went with 19x8.5 +33 all around for a square setup and put on cheap Sunny tires 215-35-19 all around.

Forgot to add more mods

Brakemotive front and rear drilled/slotted rotors
Blox open end lug nuts
APR extended studs
Chrome Center caps
Painted the wheels in polar white

Got jealous of seeing everyone having fogs so I got myself a pair of JDM Inspire fog lights with 6k HIDs

I install these myself. Looks clean from far away. Holding on by Krazy glue and zip ties lmaooo. Shops quoted me 600$ for a professional job just to install these cause they thought i have to cut the radiator support. I prove them wrong

Took me 5 hours to fully detail the whip. Added 10mm spacers all around as well and drop the whip a tad more

Few weeks has pass. Insurance company claimed the vehicle totaled. The only parts I can take back is my wheels and my Cusco Front Struct Bar...

Putting the stocks back on.

What sucks the most is that the car drives perfectly fine!
And thats all...
To Be Continued

wow that sucks brotha ... get a new ins. company!!! when my 96 tl was stolen, it was considered totaled when they found it ... but i was able to go get whatever i wanted from the car. got my 4 speakers (stereo gone of course), front seats, magnaflow muffler, & had just replaced spark plugs so i took them out, & had just replaced front bumper before painting so i took that too ... sold all the stuff locally. if you have receipts for your aftermarket items & can replace with stock, that is horrible customer relations that you are not able to take them off the car .... sh&t i would anyway!!! ...either way let us know what you get with your ins $$$ , sorry for the loss, but happy car shoppin!

At the time, I was financing the TL. I had Allstate. What they did is that they pay the value of the car (only 3g) and have to pay the rest off. All the receipts I showed them they removed 80 percent of the cost so I only got back 300$, struct bar and wheels...

Yeah I was pretty upset and frustrated when I cant get my parts back, even if I have all the Oem parts. Eventually I have to let it go and move on. Also, after I sign the papers, the TL was being taken to the auction house so they can invest on what they lost. Thats when I start flipping tables haha. I had no power whatsoever.
