^ yea idk how long it will take. i cant find the oem one, or i might get the wings cut off the WW and mold that on (depends on how much that will cost)

if i vut the wings off the front lip, i gotta do the sides also, so they dont look awkward. ( it might just cost alot)

thats what i was trying to figure out...if you are going to mold...mold everything...sides and rear...or else itll look 1/2 assed

if you are not going to mold...good luck getting brackets made to make it look like its still 2 pieces...

personally i would rather keep it 2 pieces...i still have an extra OEM lip for that purpose and its not even my colour

o yea...when i stop messing around with the idea i saved up a little more and S/C'ed my car instead lol...so i dont really regret not doing it

yea idk man, i wanna see how much the body shop will quote me to mold it on.

i might try to see if i could keep it two piece, but the lip still requires some cutting.

im getting a pretty good hook up for this work, so ill see how everything goes

the quote i got for molding it was around 600...that was including cutting up the lip to shorten it in the middle...then the sides...molding...and paint

the worse thing about molding it on is if you are as low as me...that shit will crack in no time...thats why i also would prefer it in 2 pieces

^^ yeah, I'm having the same problem too. Right now I'm in the process of fixing up my original front lip and figuring out how to put it on the JDM bumper. It's taking a while though since my body shop guy isn't too thrilled about it. haha. I think I'm gonna hunt down Brandon (Blackrain) and see how he did it.

He didn't actually. I talked to Samson @ Revision Audio and he fabricated the US one to the JDM bumper.

Wow, he lied to us then, because when he posted his car on here I asked how he did his lip and he was like he didn't he had the real JDM one. And for those who are wondering how to do the lip it shouldn't be too hard, you gotta cut into ur bumper though, just letting u know, I'm about to tackle this lip problem myself.

i never seen those sidemarkers before any more pics? yea and for the lip you guys could make cuts in the jdm bumper and insert the the usdm lip and screw the bracket from the inside in, but its still longer at both ends so there will be a gap
another member with a white acura tl i think cut the ends and did something i forget his name

yea, i kinda like the 2 piece look better, but mold makes it look clean. right now im pretty low (a bit higher then u) and my WW lip is cracking.

im probably going to raise the car, cause i dont want anything happening to the lip haha.

and for the fenders/side markers i dont have any pics, cause i dropped all the stuff off at the body shop right after i got. there not the true JDM one's. i didnt like the orange markers that pop out.

when you match the lip from the middle the end of the lip on both side are longer then the bumper... one side is longer then the other i did it like that and i didnt cut the ends i got a custom made plastic piece or cube shape and i put it in the gap and screwed it so you can't see the gap at the ends

i also have the jdm front lip but i find the usdm more better the jdm front lip i got seems like abs plastic and is cracked so i didnt bother putting it on for now

Just as crazy as yours. lol. It's impossible to find used JDM inspire parts over here. Gotta buy brand new. Guess that's one of the downside of living on a rock in the middle of the pacific.
