Post Swapped rims with my S2000!

Since my Acura TL and the S2K seem to have similiar offsets...I just swapped them. Though my S2K has 18x7.5" all the way around, seems ok!

Here's a pic before...

Now my S2K with 5zigen Heidfelds...

Now my TL with S2K stockers...

The S2K looks pretty nice with the Heidfields! The TL doesn't look too bad either, how big is the S2K rims anyway? I bet the TL is faster with the smaller wheels right? You should take both of them to the track and see what they run!

mmmm...

I like it better the way it was. But a cool idea.

When you do end up getting wheels for the S2k, stagger it like a b*tch! get 19"s in the rear and 17"s up front, or something crazy like that... it'd be awesome.

Dang, those Heifelds look good on any car! The TL doesn't look too bad with the S2000 wheels either. Sweet rides man. Wish I had that those toys in my garage to play with.

The Heidfelds look like they come with the S2K. Perfect fit!!

I was thinking about putting my stock rims on my Fiancee's Monte Carlo just for shits and giggles.

The front on the S2K is really tight! There is about 1mm clearance from the spoke of the wheel to the brake caliper!
The rear is too narrow! Still rides fine, but should be wider.
The S2K stockers on the TL is too small now!
The offsets are too high and the wheels are pretty far in the wheel well. Still drives fine and handles good, thanks to the sticky Bridgestone S0-2s. I can't believe our TL's comes stock with 16" wheels!

The stock rims on the S2K is 16x6.5 +55 w/ 205/55ZR up front and 16x7.5 +65 w/ 225/50ZR in rear.
As for performance, I can't really tell from the seat of my pants.
I probably won't keep this setup for long, just experimenting. I want wider tires in the rear of the S2K!

The 18's are tight on both cars, like the look of the 18's over the 16's on the TL, kinda looks like a GS300 at first glance.

MikeS is right. It does have some similarities between GS300 and your TL w/ S2K wheels.

I love the S2K with those 18's!! IMHO, multiple spoke rims go hand in ahdn with tiny sports cars like S2K. It's nice! Whoever gave you the idea of swappin them??

It was my own idea for awhile. Just didn't have the time to do it before.
There were two experimentations conducted here!
First, I wanted to see if the offset would fit and how much room left!
Second, I wanted to see how these mesh type wheels would look on the S2000.

The rear of the S2K is still narrow, like to get wider tires in the back!
