Some DD work

Had a few friends over at the house a few weeks ago to have a few beers and work on my DD. Excuse the phone pics. Cars are my '02 TL-S, Jay's '06 TL, and eric's 409 whp '03 IS300.

so we took this:

to this:

and edited for color

Injen cai, DDM 6k HIDs, Blox shift knob, R1 drilled and slotted rotors, Axxis ceramic pads, Skunk2 springs, Skunk2 struts, Blackworks polished LCAs, 16 inch Heliums in mag blue, Deevo lugs.

Not bad for a '98 with 212k miles I suppose. Rust free and has a/c too!

Had to show my DD some love too

Sick little crew you got there with the TL(s) and the IS. How you liking the DC? I'm considering one my self and am looking for a low maintanence / trouble free ride..

your DC is super clean! So jealous, perfect daily! I would have been fine with you just posting the DC in stock form, classic. The rotors are a nice touch. Engine clean?

For some odd reason the IS pics wont load for me.. prolly my connection.

Thanks man, the crew is a lot bigger, but these guys had nothing better to do lol. I love the teg, outside of regular maint, I haven't had anything crazy. Clutch went out at 190k lol. Currently 212k and going strong 35 mpg. Mine has cold A/C and no rust, but thats not common haha.

Thanks, I bought it a few years ago from the original owner and finally decided to do a few things. Almost hated to mod it, its the cleanest around here. Interior has no rips or stains either! The engine bay looks great outside of chipping paint on the valvecover, but I am refinishing it the OEM wrinkle black in the next week or so. Also adding an OEM GS-R strut bar which will also be wrinkle black.

Its super hard since the car has a ton of aftermarket support. It was easy with my last DD (Infinity QX4) which has virtually zero aftermarket support lol.

I just have to remember, the teg has to see snow, and other things the TL won't ever see again haha.
