well i couldn't have done it without the Fu**** snow storm that i hit on my way to washington which tore apart my front bumper and i had to get that repaired so i figure i might as well mold the SOB. Since i am out of the city now so i dont have to worry bout being to low.

im not with you 100% on that one, a molded ww spoiler might look like a tumor on your trunk.

But I do think that a molded mugen spoiler would look gorgeous.

that looks real good man. the only thing though, in my eyes, is that the part that runs near the wheels wells looks like there is body damage, only because of the lip molding upwards a bit. you know what i mean? like, it's "wavy"...

I personally think that it came out beautiful considering the fact that the front Lip was in about 6 different peices and the bottom part of the bumper was compleatly distroyed. plus what do u except from a $200 job. as for WA goes IT SUCKS!. wheather has been nothing but shitty. Cops are assholes and just looking to pull someone over, its like they get some kinda joy out of it. nothing stays open past 9pm and no fence to anybody but there are so many mexicans down here that I feal like I am in MEXICO, other than that its all good.

Looks good, but I personally think it would look a lot cleaner if you had the tabs/wings removed from the sides. Just my opinion.

Now THAT'S clean! What do they use in these types of situations to mold the two together? flexible body filler?

i actually did this at my boy's body shop. i sanded the bumper and the lip down. then i glued them together with this unbelievelable adhesive called TPO (its exlusive to body shops unfortunately). put some more tpo on the seam and spread it like it was bondo. sanded that as flat as possible, then busted out the flexible bondo designed for bumper covers and such. spread and sand, spread and sand, prime, paint, clear and voila! one molded lip!
heres a nicer pic:

for 2 bills the guy who did the work is hungry for $ and don't take pride in what he does. if the lip is in 6 pieces why try to save it? just get another one, is a tl don't make it ghetto like a civic

now thats what you call a molded lip, clean

just throw some water on it and give it a few months for the mold to grow. gotta keep it wet though. once it builds up, sand it down and paint!
