Saber it up!

I finally decided to get the JDM grille and badges to finish up my JDM Saber conversion.

As far as the exterior goes...here are my JDM mods:

Saber/A-Spec Spoiler
Saber 02-03 front Grille
Saber Honda badge
Saber letter emblems
Honda of America pillar badges
Modulo side skirt badges

I think all im missing is the orange fender signals.

Here are some pics of the conversion and better pics of my gold wheels:

Looks good man. Would you consider getting the OEM rear instead of the WW to "fully complete" the look?

Is it true that the only diff between the Inspires and Sabers were where they were sold (under which Honda dealership, eg. Clio, Primo..)? But other than that they were identically aside from the badging?

thanks. I would kept the chrome if I had the chrome strip for the hood. but the CF works well too.

Probably not, I adore the WW lip too much.

I have no idea. the reason why I went with Saber is b/c a couple ppl here in toronto have already badged their TLs with INSPIRE , so I wanted to go for the more unique route.

I know I know, you photchopped me that pic in my previous thread and I fell in love. I know I can slam em on these wheels, too bad my Tein Basics dont permit me.

Thanks!

NOPE, besides badging imagine some of our TL's came with no sunroof and came with cloth seats......not to mention the 2.5 engines

the rear saber H badge only fits 99-01. I had to shave the pins off to fit mine.

Volly your car has the best ass in the 2G community, bar none. Looking sharp all around with some nice personal touches here and there. I hate the fact that you beat me to the cf grille surround. I'm going to do that to match my pillars and handles. I'm hoping to get that in before it gets cold.

Since you posted these new pictures to show off your grille and what not I'll also say that the front end looks meaner than ever.

The top chrome piece is the easiest to wrap. And yes the middle piece is the hardest to wrap. it took me close to 3 hours to get it perfect, you will have to be patient and have a hairdryer handy, it will help the film mould into the curves.

I agree, also throw some deep dish in the back. It would look on point! Other than that, everything looks real clean.

I had my retros custom made by a friend. I think there is a DIY here somewhere...

I have OEM front and side skirts + WW rear lip.
