Possible to Mod Value Kit to Fit 03?

Possible to Mod Value Kit to Fit 03?
i was told that only the rear and side skirts from value kit would fit on the 03 TLS, is it possible to mod the front piece to fit on an 03?

I haven't seen any one put 99-01 TL front bumper on brand new TL's, either newer model bumper on 99-01 TL. But I am sure that's possible.

so in other owrds - in order to even fit the value kit, id have to first put a 99-01 tl front bumper on...

No....
Value Sports only available for 99-01 model and in order to put the kit on 02 model, there will be lots of modification required.
