I wanted to see how dual tip mufflers would look. Was thinking about doing it.

Those tips protrude out a bit too far in my opinion.

negg.. doesnt fit the 2nd gen. no point, just to look buff but its not really

 

they dotn belong on a 2gent tl. more of a third get thing.

for some reason i think it's too much for the 2nd gen. it would look much better on the 3rd gen imo.

 

IMO, I think neither application was executed correctly. The first example has tips that are too long and are centered under the area where the lip kit curves upward. The second example has the tips located too far inward and the tip is the wrong shape. I think the dual tips could work, but you would need oval tips and they would need to be located so that they sat just inside the curve of the lip kit. IMO, I think that would be very a very successful application.

 

I've seen dual tips on an ASM TL around here and it looked good IMO. He didn't have the lip kit though so it's hard to tell if they were located properly.
