I just love these wheels... they are awesome

considering the price and the look you will get from those wheels....

Superb...would you mind posting more pictures of your car with your 19" wheels? Thanks

Yea, I plan to take some more pics later this week with a better background. And yea, the price I got on these was pretty good. $945 shipped w/ lug nuts & hubcentric rings from Elementwheels out in AZ. Great company to deal with and very good customer service. But the new vendor Rxmotors said he could get em for $900 picked up in Tampa, but tax would have made it more than Element, so I stuck with them....

Got the tires from tire kingdom mounted & balanced for $580

1. The choice of a 225 or a 235 is reliant upon wheel width and how much room you have with the offset of the wheel - NOT because its a TL.

2. No it will not appear lower, the only difference in a 225 or a 235 is width.

Anyways, car looks beautiful! Perfect choice. With a slam, it will be flawless.
I know you know your shit, but I think you had a little brain fart on this one. The 235/35 is actually a little bit taller than 225/35, so actually it would fill in the wheel well a bit more. But the difference is only ~7mm so it's not a big difference. But I do agree with your point #1.

35 is not a fixed height. The 35 means that the sidewall height is 35% of the width. So, a 225/35 tire has a sidewall height of .35 x 225mm = 78.75mm. A 235/35 tire has a sidewall height of .35 x 235mm = 82.25mm. The difference is 3.5mm, and so the overall diameter of the 235/35 tire is 7mm more than a 225/35.

215/50/17 tires have the same exact overall diameter of the 235/35/19 size tire, which makes it the ideal choice for the 2nd Gen TL. But, due to rim widths, offsets and drop setups, 225 is the next best thing for those with very tight clearances. I have mm's of clearance with my 235s, but I'm glad I have them.

Your ride = amazingly nice

looking good bro!! I was looking into thoughs wheels before. I always wondered how they would look. good choice!!. Finally the Antricite crew is coming alive!! haha. Watch out for thoughs pot holes though. when I had my 19's on with the 235/35s the pot holes ate my wheels alive. 3 wheels got bent. be careful!!. good choice overall!!!

but my front still sits higher w/ about 1.5 finger gap i dont know what to do, thinking of buying sportlines since i've got brand new koni's.....

I'll throw some updated pics up tomorrow.

Thx, currently trying to get the front lower. I want a rake look since the kit flares down along the sides, and i think that is whats making it look like its sagging in the back....

omg...they are just perfect for our cars....simple and clean...
If the size of the rim is 19X8.0 48~50 offset, then it's perfect...

nice car bro. but shouldn't the front be lower than the back for that tilt look? those tires look really stretched since it's 225? mang i thought 8.5 is too wide but it seems flushed. nontheless the rims are sweet but i would lower the front lowewr than back? sorry my

How do you make your headlights look that nice, ie. clear and sort of "grayed out?"

Yes me too. Those are hot like hell

Also I am looking at some Moda MD5
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...l+w%2FMach+Lip

It says that the size of wheel is 19 X8.5 48mm offset. Anyone has a set on your car? How's the brand Moda?
