Just be careful if using a hose or pressure washer......stay away from the obvious components that shouldn't get wet (electrical stuff, air intake.....)

Ksports, and yes it is stiff....and fun when pushed on. I've been driving the hell out of it around corners, and it feels safe!! I also installed a neuspeed strut bar recently, not sure, but I think it made a difference.
just wondering if you drove that in the boston winters and what kind of spring you have on it because i wna drop mine but im kinda worried about the winters in boston, also awesome lookin ride r those pics around B street in southie?

Looks HOT man...
I have been really inspired by your project that i am attempting it myself. I picked up a lip on the weekend and have roughed shaped it out, just a lot of sanding left to smooth it out.
~ Advice for other: Masking tape the rear window, cut the tape to the shape of the window, and tape it to the lip, it makes cutting and shapping easiers ~
My question is did you have to heat gun this thing to bend it into shape to fit the contour of the window? I would obviously do this before painting correct?
Did you change the tape to be a stronger tape? or kept the same tape that came with the lip?
Thanks,

I didn't change the tape that came with it....also, I bought my lip from Ebay ($25 total), so its the cheap rubber material...so I really didn't have to use a heat gun to bend it to the contour of the window. If you have a "plastic" type, you should definitely try to heat it up and bend it before painting.
Good tip on the tape....I used poster board and trimmed it to the window....then taped that to the lip....its all the same.

Looks nice! I want to do something like that but with a longer spoiler preferably. Not too much longer, but a little bit. Someone else on here has the type I am looking for.
