New to Forum, Here's my New 2002 TL-P Firepepper Red

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the forum and just picked up a 2002 3.2 TL Premium with 32,000 km. I hate the gold package on the car because it is not OEM from Acura, it is only the electroplating (cheap way) that the previous owner did.

I need to know how if possible to remove the gold plating that is on the car to make it chrome again. Besides that plans would to eventually get different rims and add a alarm/starter combo (Edmonton, winters suck!)

Nice color! And 32 000KM, thats nice and low. As for the Gold Grille, leave it gold unless you have the rear emblems in chrome color.

Is the interior tan? It's hard to tell from the pics, it almost looks black.

FRP and NGM looked great on 99-01s, but for some reason I can't make myself like the 02-03s in anything other than WDP, NBP, or my favorite (and my color), Anthracite.

And the gold grille is

Thanks everyone, I love the colour too. It is so rare that's why I really like it.

The interior is Black.
Anybody have ideas how to rub off the gold plating on the grill?
