I mean, it wouldn't be that fast ...it would be ok ...there is a local guy with a cl-s 6 speed with i/h/nitrous(75 shot i believe) and normally runs 13.4-13.5 and he's a good driver ...so I'm guessing a tl-s w/ similar mods would hit a 13.8 maybe?

I believe there are two supercharged Cl's that are also running nitrous and I know for sure there is one turbo cl running a 100 shot of nitrous also. I know you mentioned Tl, but they are the same car basically just a different body style.

I ran 13.9 with a NON type-s TL (2000) with Comptech axle back exhaust, custom short ram intake, AEM pullies and a 100 shot. Oh and on 19" tires by the way.
