NavigationTV
ive seen it , and the dealer said that he saw it on a 3g and also a MDX. but recommended me not doing it bc the screen cannot support the pixels and if it blew out it wouldnt be warrantied. i don't know if this is true though

went to tvandnavi2go and that seems really hard what exactly do you have to do...when I look at the thread the guys seems like he's already half way finished...I need from begining to end instructions...Please?

If I remember correctly, I only had to splice into four wires for the video plus there were power and ground wires, too...it came with instructions that were clear enough to get the job done...ended up doing FM modulator for the audio.

that sucks that the fm modulator didn't work for ya. I'm still pissed about that relay...but I DO like what you've done with the boot screen...lol

It took me at least 10 cd's before I finally got it all formatted and looking right. Hint: Boot up the Navi and write word for word and line for line the disclaimer. Its easier to map out what you want to write and what will fit. You might be limited to what you can write. The Navi bootup is setup very weird. Each line is separated by the same line in French or something. I dont know what will happen if you write over the French between each line. It most likely will not show up correctly when it boots up. You might be limited to the same amount of characters on the default disclaimer, or less. Spaces will count as a character. You'll understand more about what I'm talking about when you open up the default navi disclaimer and look at its text file.

Did u do that to an 03tl? becuase i wanna know how to do that on my O3 TL-Pw/Navi
my dad has this done on his MDX navi.. he can watch dvd's on the navi.
my friend has a PS2 hooked up to his 2g TL.. its been done in the past and its not that hard to do. i just wish i had a Navi on my TL so i could do this. but doing the Navi/DVD conversion on my dad's car was fun and so much better than paying major bucks to get it custom fabricated into our cars somewhere and lose that clean stock looks (which i do like)
