the door lights are like 6 bucks worth of stuff ...
the dome light was like 9 bucks ...
and it's all plug and play ... so you can just unplug it all ... and put a normal bulb in

These would look awesome in a super white color. No offense but red looks a bit tacky. But super white would look more luxury and actually useful. From the way it looks turning on the dome light would be like turning on the sun lol their bright as hell.
Where did you get them from? and do they have regular white ones?

lumileds.com
and they don't carry white... so i'm gonna have to find some cheaper leds for the white... and besides the red is just for show... that's why i'm doing the map lights with white... cause the picture is only the door and the dome... I'll show you guys how the white comes out once i order the lights and get the time to make it...
and damn it...! lol red cause the car is RED

so you mount them all on the board how ever you wanted right? soldered them in place. how did you attach them into the socket? did you take a bulb and use the base and glue it to the board or what?

actually the best method... which can be a pita sometimes... is to go on superbright leds... i forget which ones i got but they're the 192 or whatever size leds (89 cents i think)... with a single like 10 mm led or something.... and i ripped out the led... then took a knife and gutted out the diode and the resistor... so then you have a base with two holes in it... figure out which one is the cathode and which is the anode and just put the wire through ... i did that for the doors and the maps... so it's completely plug and play ... only problem is sometimes i couldn't gut the stuff out of there... but oh well all worth it ...
need any help pm me
