after all the time and money i put into my car... its gone. it was stolen friday night from infront of my house and found burned the next day. i broke down like a little girl when i first saw. it was a horrible feeling. a lot of the money i made usually went into it to keep it in as good of shape as possible and to make it my own and now... its all gone. and why? for some jackasses to steal a few piece of shit parts. i hope they burn in hell. here are the pics...

I am EXTREMLY SORRY!!!!! to hear about your loss. Words cannot express what that sight does to me just seeing a fellow members work of beauty become a complete RUIN. Thats the kind of shit that really really really is upsetting to all of us on this forum. Do you live in a bad area of Miami and was your car parked in a driveway or on the side by a gutter of some sort when it was taken?? Did you have any kind of security on it??

i've been a long time member of this forum.. my old screen name (str8acura which was changed to car_lost) was actually banned. so i appreciate what you guys have to say. i learned a lot from this forum and because of you guys it was what it was. i bought the maya dts 19's from alpswd a while back and never even had a chance to put them on. hell, i still dont even have them back from the wheel repair shop.

i know there are a lot worse things that could of happened, but man, that has been one of the worst feelings ever to see my car like that.

to answer a few questions or statements... i wont be getting a 3rd gen TL... it doesnt get my attention like the 2nd gen did.

i live in what was thought to a be a pretty damn good neighborhood, but w/e who knows.

my car had the viper 791xv alarm on it. only problem is, there was no one home when it happened. so even if it did go off, there was no one there and after asking around the nieghborhood, nobody heard/saw anything.

oh and it was parked right infront of my house on the driveway. 2way street, pretty well lit.

i know how you feel. some one slashed my tires when my car was literally parked from my bed room window 20 ft or so and i had the window open. its ashame what people do to some one elses pride and joy.

I know thieves can steal anything but don’t they need your key to start the car?
Do a research into what shops you went to (Stereo shops, valet….). It’s going
to be impossible to catch these f%$#ers, but it’s worth a try. Good luck and all

the is350 is one of the cars im going to look into. honestly though, i really dont have the desire to go and look for any car.

Wow, those pics hit me hard. This has been the worst I've ever seen in this TL community so far. Your car gets stolen, parts ripped off and then burnt, most of the cars on here that are damaged were either in an accident or found out they have gottened keyed. Shit, sorry to hear.

As I know your car should come with chip in keys that prevent you car from starting even some one decide to start it playing with wires. The only way to still it to loaded to tall truck. So as I guess your car was tall. Other way you should have at list 15-20 minutes to play get to computer and start a car plus you should have experience with it. I had been twice in this situation first time some broke the window and took out airbags and second time some decided to still headlights. My guesses same guys but police don’t care about anything. Anyway I feel sorry for but at least you had insurance in my case I didn’t and I have to pay for everything from my own packet.
