Minding my business...

On my way to the gym today and sitting at a light behind a FX45. Look down to change the song on my iPod and BAM!! This guy smacks my from behind and i smack into the FX :-(. I sure hope his insurance is good. Exhaust is bent, back bumper dented, hood is bent, grill smashed in,front bumper out of alignment, headlights out of alignment, hid is flickering and won't tuen on all every time now, my head hurts, busted lip from hitting the steering wheel. This really sucks...now for the pics

IDK how it works over in the east but in cali you'd be paying for the FX's repairs, and the guy that hit you would be paying for your damages. I just hope you don't have to pay anything and get your car back to it's original shape, I hate it when things like that happen. Best of luck!

Sucks big time. I been getting a ding here and there and it's just a huge inconvenience. Yeah in Cali they would have told you you were to close to the car in front.

It's like that in Jersey too. If you hit the car in front of you, because you were too close than you should have been, then you would have to pay for the first car (even if the third car cause the accident :/) To the OP, that's good that just the guy that caused it is responsible Good luck
