I'm beginning to think these TLs are cursed for me haha. So far, I've owned two. First one was a Type-S, black, and beautiful. Bought it from a neighbor and he kept it in beautiful shape. One day on the way home from school - bam. Guy had a seizure, came across and hit me head on - we were both going 40+


After I recovered from a broken right foot, I went right back to the same type of car(my beloved type s was obviously totaled). 03 black TL base. I had this one for two years and started modding it. I had just gotten to the point of being content with it. Again, on the way to school (two weeks ago) - a dump truck decided to switch lanes and take me for a ride down the interstate. Never saw him. thankfully I was fine... the car... not so much haa



Needless to say, I'm a magnet for idiot drivers. 3rd time's a charm...?

Geez, sorry to see. Glad you're OK. Sucks that you had to downgrade to a TL P from a Type S. Get a white one this time - stick out to drivers.

Before i got my TL i had 6 cars in 5 years an everyone them was total in less then a year. My TL has been in 2 minor accident nothing too bad. Now it's been 8 years later an i'm telling everyone I'm never going to get ripped of this car

Yea the guy had a seizure and the BMW was so squished they couldnt get to him. It was insane!

I agree with you about drivers, allot of my friends have been hit by people and it makes me think if I'm next. Hopefully I'll just stick to those dents from peoples doors hitting my car. That's tough. Not much you can do about that. How's public transportation there?

 

In Atlanta? Horrendous. I live too far outside of the city too...and I love driving too much. Just got a Blue 2007 Acura TL Type-S! Hopefully they'll be able to see me now... lol
