Why is yours more purpleish? I personally thought they both looked very bright, but yours (the integra) looked more purpleish with more focused beam shot!.... And that, my man... is DAH ****! Looks really koo man!

They look more purple because the bulbs are 6000K. 6000K color temp is more "purple/bluish" than the OEM TL bulbs which are around 4200K, I think.

Those lights are really bright.To me it seems like the tl lights

I will sell my 6000K upgrade bulb next month since I will sell my car.

The bulb is D2R and lifetime is about 3000 hours, 1000 hours more lifetime compare to the 4200K.

Will sell for $225 (a pair)shipped. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now.

My bulbs didn't cost anything extra...they came with the conversion kit my girlfriend bought me for Christmas and she paid around $650 for it, but you can get it for $450 on the web (I'm broke to yo...ain't no baller like these other cats on dis site...dat's why my whip be an Integra and not no TL or TL-S...holla back!!)

Thanks for the compliments, and as far as TL mods go, I'd just save up and get some rims, I think that makes the best looking improvement looks wise. Or if you want to go cheaper, put some 2K2 tails in if it's an older TL, they make a big difference IMO also. For a guy who doesn't own a TL, that's about all I can suggest!!

My girl got them through a performance shop here in town, who charged her WAY too much for them. I the cheapest I've seen them on the Net is from a guy over on Honda-Acura.net who says he sells the K2 kit (with 6000K) bulbs, which is what I have, for $450 shipped and the Philips (with 4700K bulbs) for $475. His screen name is badmuthrfkr...but I've never bought from him, so I can't give you any details about reliability or anything, but I've spoke to him a few times and he seems legit. Tim (Snook) who owns this sight may also be able to get them. I know Ken2000AC tried to get my girl a set for me through him, but he couldn't find a set in the time she needed. But if time's not an issue, I'm sure he might be able to get a set. My ballast are not Phillips, but they do say they were manufactured in Japan on them. I haven't had them long enough yet to tell you how reliable they are, but so far I've had no problems.
