Do what you want to your car because its your car and you're the one thats going to be looking at it all the time and not us or someone else. So if it floats your boat then by all means put on the POS HD lip.

 

not having the cash for an OEM lip is not an excuse to put ricey shit on your nice car.

if you cant afford to turbo your car right now are you gonna put a fake blowoff valve on it?
save your $$$ for quality parts...

it would be different if you were cutting corners to save money, but this is just wasting money all-together on a pointless item.

i had the HD lip for about 3 months back when i first got the car. part of it came off on the highway and started flapping around. so it is now sitting on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike.

just dont do it. it is a waste of time and money. and btw youre not lower than me anymore

time to chime in here, if u have a frontlip and your car is lowered the HD lip would look okay, it would give u alittle extra lowered look. Negative on the havin it without a frontlip though......

I had it on for alittle bit until it ripped off at a gas station.....but for $20 u cant go wrong, once u install it properly, it would look good.

^ but you put the HD lip on top of your OEM front lip though right? not on the front bumper itself?

 

I placed it under the OEM lip....it looked pretty good to me

thats actually the only way I would recommend to rock it....

cause remember the OEM lips change the whole front of the car, and has a better place to put the HD lip on, rather than just sticking it on to the front bumper itself, which makes it look rounder, with the lip it squares it out a bit more, so u can have that full look.

 

^ exactly. i def agree with the HD lips not looking terrible on a TL with an OEM lip.
